Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service Recovery Efforts terhadap Desire to Reciprocate dan Consumer Forgiveness yang dimediasi oleh Perceived Justice pada pelanggan HOCO Coffee di Banda Aceh. Dalam industri coffee shop yang sangat bergantung pada kualitas layanan, upaya pemulihan layanan menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk respons positif pelanggan setelah kegagalan layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Service Recovery Efforts berpengaruh positif terhadap Desire to Reciprocate dan Consumer Forgiveness. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa Perceived Justice memediasi pengaruh Service Recovery Efforts terhadap Desire to Reciprocate, namun Perceived Justice tidak memediasi pengaruh Service Recovery Efforts terhadap Consumer Forgiveness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Recovery Efforts on Desire to Reciprocate and Consumer Forgiveness, mediated by Perceived Justice, among HOCO Coffee customers in Banda Aceh. In the coffee shop industry, which heavily depends on service quality, Service Recovery Efforts play an important role in shaping positive customer responses following service failures. This study employs a quantitative approach using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Service Recovery Efforts have a positive effect on Desire to Reciprocate and Consumer Forgiveness. Furthermore, it was found Perceived Justice mediates the effect of Service Recovery Efforts on Desire to Reciprocate, but Perceived Justice does not mediate the effect of Service Recovery Efforts on Consumer Forgiveness.
