Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Asissten Individually (TAI) dengan Cooverative Intergrated Reading and Compossition (CIRC). Penelitian ini diteliti melalui pendekatan kuantitatif bentuk quasi eksperimental design dengan jenis penelitian yaitu nonequivalent control grup design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada yang berjumlah 188 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel dua kelas (kelas eksperimen I dan eksperimen II) melalui Teknik purvosive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen I dan XI 6 eksperimen II. Sebelum pembelajaran, kedua kelas diberi pre-test untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Setelah proses pembelajaran, diberikan post-test untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Kemudian Analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar mata Pelajaran geografi yang menggunakan model Team Assisten Individually (TAI) lebih baik dibandingkan model Cooverative Intergrated Reading and Compossition (CIRC) pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada.

Comparison of Learning Outcomes Using the Team Assistant Individually (TAI) Learning Model with Cooverative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) in Geography Subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada. [Syiah Kuala University Thesis]. Under the guidance of Fitriani Yulianti, S.P., S.Pd., M.Pd and Dr. Syahrul Ridha, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes in Geography subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada using the Team Assistant Individually (TAI) learning model with Cooverative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). This study was conducted through a quantitative approach in the form of a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design type of research. The population in this study were all students of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada totaling 188 students with a sampling of two classes (experimental class I and experimental class II) through purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was class XI 5 as experimental class I and XI 6 as experimental class II. Before learning, both classes were given a pre-test to measure student learning outcomes. After the learning process, a post-test was given to determine student learning outcomes. Data collection in this study used tests and documentation. Then the analysis used normality, homogeneity and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of geography subjects using the Team Assistance Individually (TAI) model are better than the Cooverative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada.
