Sikap dan motivasi belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa sehingga berdampak dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas terutama pada saat pembelajaran Fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap dan motivasi siswa kelas XI SMAN Banda Aceh terhadap hasil belajar Fisika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster Random sampling dikelompokkan berdasarkan akreditasi sekolah yaitu sekolah berakreditasi A dan B dengan jumlah total 168 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu uji korelasi berganda dan uji simultan-F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Pada sekolah berakreditasi A didapatkan nilai Fhitung = 22,9 > Ftabel = 3,10. Sedangkan pada sekolah berakreditasi B didapatkan nilai Fhitung =21,9 > Ftabel = 3,13, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara sikap dan motivasi siswa kelas XI SMAN Banda Aceh terhadap hasil belajar Fisika. Semakin kuat hubungan sikap dan motivasi belajar siswa maka akan semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang diperoleh.

Learning attitudes and motivation influence student learning outcomes so that they have an impact on the learning process in the classroom, especially when learning Physics. This research aims to determine the relationship between the attitudes and motivation of class XI students at SMAN Banda Aceh on Physics learning outcomes. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population of this study were students at SMAN Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling grouped based on school accreditation, namely A and B accredited schools with a total of 168 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis are the multiple correlation test and the simultaneous F-test. Based on the research results obtained, in A-accredited schools, the value Fcount = 22.9 > Ftable = 3.10. Meanwhile, in schools with B accreditation, the value Fcount = 21.9 > Ftable = 3.13, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the attitude and motivation of class XI students at SMAN Banda Aceh towards Physics learning outcomes. The stronger the relationship between students' attitudes and learning motivation, the higher the learning outcomes obtained. Keywords: Learning Attitude, Learning Motivation, Learning Results
