ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, family support,
dan entrepreneurial motivation terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa FEB
USK, dengan fokus pada peran mediasi entrepreneurial education. Sampel yang
digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 143 responden yang dipilih menggunakan
Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis
Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa self-efficacy, dan entrepreneurial motivation secara parsial berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Dan variabel family
support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa.
Variabel entrepreneurial education mampu memediasi hubungan self-efficacy dan
entrepreneurial motivation secara parsial terhadap entrepreneurial intention
mahasiswa.

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, family support, and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intention of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University with a focus on the mediating role of entrepreneurial education. The sample in this study used 143 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares. The research findings indicate that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation have significant partial effects on student’s entrepreneurial intention. However, the family support variable does not significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the entrepreneurial education variable successfully mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation with students' entrepreneurial intention in the mediation model.
