Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh brand image dan product quality terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada pengguna smartphone merek OPPO di kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan peralatan analisis statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Adapun populasi penelitian merupakan pengguna smartphone merek OPPO di kota Medan dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 180 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan product quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty. Selanjutnya brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty melalui mediasi customer satisfaction secara parsial dan product quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty melalui mediasi customer satisfaction secara parsial.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF BRAND IMAGE AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY MEDIATED BY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON USERS OPPO SMARTPHONE IN MEDAN CITY By: YANZILU RABBUNA NPM: 1501150010051 Advisor: Dr. Halimatussakdiah, SE. MA The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on OPPO brand smartphone users in the city of Medan. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical analysis tools. The research population is OPPO brand smartphone users in the city of Medan and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of research samples is 180 samples. The results showed that brand image and product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Furthermore, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction mediation as partially and product quality also has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction mediation as partially.
