Abstrak:
Proses belajar mengajar yang diterapkan selama ini dinggap belum mampu meningkatkan interaksi antar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil studi yang dilakukan oleh International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement pada tahun 2015 dalam Trends in Mathematics and Science Study dinyatakan bahwa siswa Indonesia hanya mampu mengenal fakta-fakta dasar ilmu sains. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dampak pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) melalui daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “pre-experimental design” dengan desain “one group pretest-posttest design”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMAS Labschool Banda Aceh. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal tes (preetest dan posttest) dan lembar pengamatan. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Normalized Gain, dan analisis deskriptif (persentase). Hasil analisis pretest dan posttest siswa menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,9 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis lembar pengamatan diperoleh pada aspek ketergantungan positif, tanggung jawab perseorangan, komunikasi antar anggota, dan aspek pemprosesan kelompok berkategori baik, serta aspek interaksi promotif berkategori sangat baik, dan secara keseluruhan aspek yang diamati, peningkatan interaksi kerja sama siswa mencapai kategori baik. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta mampu meningkatkan interaksi kerja sama siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract: The teaching and learning process that has been applied so far has not been able to increase interaction between students. Based on the results of a study conducted by the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement in 2015 in the Trends in Mathematics and Science Study, it was stated that Indonesian students were only able to recognize the basic facts of science. Based on this statement, this research conducted to analyze the impact of online Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning on student learning outcomes. This research is a "pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design". The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA SMAS Labschool Banda Aceh The research data were analyzed using Normalized Gain, and descriptive analysis (percentage).The results of the students' pretest and posttest analysis showed that student learning outcomes increased with an average N-Gain value of 0.9 in the high category. The results of the analysis of the observation sheet were obtained on aspects of positive dependence, individual responsibility, communication between members, and aspects of group processing in the good category, as well as aspects of promotive interaction in the very good category, and overall aspects observed, the increase in student cooperative interactions reached a good category. So, it can be concluded that the type of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes, and is able to increase student cooperative interactions in learning.
