Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan aplikasi Qreatif Educative terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi gelombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan desain posttest-only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Samalanga Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 siswa yang terdiri atas 31 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 31 siswa kelas kontrol yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kritis (post-test), angket respon siswa, dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis (Independent Sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_(hitung ) sebesar 2,447 lebih besar daripada t_tabel sebesar 2,000, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan aplikasi Qreatif Educative berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi gelombang di SMA Negeri 1 Samalanga.

This study was motivated by the low level of students' critical thinking skills in physics learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Qreatif Educative application on students' critical thinking skills in the topic of waves. This study employed a quasi-experimental method using a posttest-only control group design. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Samalanga in the 2025/2026 academic year. The sample consisted of 62 students, including 31 students in the experimental class and 31 students in the control class, selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments included a critical thinking skills test (post-test), a student response questionnaire, and a learning implementation observation sheet. Data were analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing through the Independent Samples t-test. The results showed that the calculated t-value (t_(hitung )= 2.447) was higher than the critical t-value (t_tabel = 2.000), with a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. It can be concluded that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Qreatif Educative application has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in the topic of waves at SMA Negeri 1 Samalanga.
