Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pengunaan Media Pembelajaran Google sites
Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajara Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Di
SMAN 1 Baitussalan” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media
pembelajaran Google sites di kelas XI SMAN 1 Baitussalam dan untuk
mengetahui sebera besar pengaruh media pembelajaran Google sites terhadap
hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Baitussala. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-experimental design berbentuk
one group pretest and posttest design yang mana hanya terdapat satu kelompok.
Adapun yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI
yang berjumlah 5 kelas. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-1 yang
berjumlah 34 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik purposive
sampling. Teknik pegunpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan
dokumentasi. Pada teknik analisis data mengunakan uji normalitas, uji
homogenitas, dan uji t-test beda dua rata. Hasil nilai rata-rata sebelum
mengunakan media Google sites yaitu 57,4 dikategorikan rendah dan setelah
diberikan perlakuan nilai rata-rata siswa yaitu 80,2 dikategorikan tinggi, hal ini
membuktikan bahwa terjadi perubahan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar

This study is entitled “The Effect of Using Google sites as a Learning Medium to Improve Students’ Learning Outcomes in History Subjects at SMAN 1 Baitussalam”. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Google sites as a learning medium in class XI of SMAN 1 Baitussalam and to examine the magnitude of its effect on the learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students. This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental research design in the form of a one-group pretest–posttest design, which involved only one group. The population of this study consisted of all eleventh grade students at SMAN 1 Baitussalam, totaling five classes. The sample was class XI-1, consisting of 34 students, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were the normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average score before using Google sites was 57.4, which was categorized as low, while the average score after the implementation of Google sites increased to 80.2, which was categorized as high. These results indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes. Based on the results of the t-test, where t₍calculated₎ > t₍table₎ (12.889 > 2.068) at a significance level of α = 5% (0.05), H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes before and after using Google sites as a learning medium in history subjects at SMAN 1 Baitussalam.
