Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar fisika peserta didik yang disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru dan belum mengaitkan materi dengan kehidupan nyata maupun budaya lokal. Model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbasis kearifan lokal diharapkan dapat membantu peserta didik memahami konsep fisika secara lebih bermakna dengan menghubungkan materi pembelajaran pada konteks budaya Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model contextual teaching and learning (CTL) berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari satu kelas X IPAS 2 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes hasil belajar berupa pretest dan posttest serta lembar observasi keterlaksanaan guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji N-Gain dan uji-t sampel berpasangan (paired sample t-test). Hasil uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji Shapiro wilk dengan nilai sig pretest = 0,937 dan dan posttest = 0,946 (p > 0,05). Nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 23,167 dan posttest sebesar 83,833 dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,79 dengan kategori peningkatan tinggi. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan hasil thitung sebesar (5,45) ≥ ttabel (1,699). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbasis kearifan lokal berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa di SMAN 8 Banda Aceh.

This research is motivated by the low physics learning outcomes of students caused by teacher-centered learning and not yet linking the material to real life or local culture. The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model based on local wisdom is expected to help students understand physics concepts more meaningfully by connecting learning materials to the Acehnese cultural context. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model based on local wisdom on students' physics learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of one class of X IPAS 2 with 30 students. The research instruments included learning outcome tests in the form of pretests and posttests as well as teacher implementation observation sheets. Data were analyzed using normality tests, N-Gain tests, and paired sample t-tests. The results of the prerequisite tests showed that the data were normally distributed based on the Shapiro-Wilk test with a sig value of pretest = 0.937 and posttest = 0.946 (p > 0.05). The average pretest score was 23.167 and the posttest score was 83.833 with an N-Gain score of 0.79 in the high improvement category. The hypothesis test showed a calculated t value of (5.45) ≥ t table (1,699). Thus, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model based on local wisdom has a positive effect on students' physics learning outcomes at SMAN 8 Banda Aceh.
