Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika, kurangnya keaktifan peserta didk dalam proses diskusi, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital seperti liveworksheets oleh guru. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan liveworksheets terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA pada materi fisika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu nonequivalent countrol group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IA di SMAN 12 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 104 orang peserta didik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu XI IA 1 yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IA 2 yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berupa pre-test dan post-test. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (2,276) > ttabel (2,000). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan liveworksheet terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA pada materi fisika.

This study was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students in physics learning, the lack of student participation in discussions, and the suboptimal use of digital learning media such as liveworksheets by teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of the problem-based learning model assisted by liveworksheets on the critical thinking skills of high school students in physics. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was all 104 students in class XI IA at SMAN 12 Banda Aceh, with a purposive sampling technique consisting of two classes, namely XI IA 1 with 36 students as the experimental class and XI IA 2 with 36 students as the control class. The research instrument used was a critical thinking ability test in the form of a pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests, which showed a significant increase in critical thinking ability among students in the experimental class compared to the control class, as evidenced by the t- value (2.276) > t-table (2.000). The results of the study indicate that the problem-based learning model assisted by LiveWorksheet has an effect on the critical thinking skills of high school students in physics.
