Komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan baik memiliki dampak yang positif dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Motivasi belajar peserta didik menjadi peran penting untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu komunikasi yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar sehingga hasil belajar meningkat adalah komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal Mahasiswa Geografi Program Kampus Mengajar USK Unggul Dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA Di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket dan instrumen soal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa geografi program kampus mengajar di SMA Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan siswa SMA di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, yaitu sebanyak 117 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari uji regresi ganda yaitu, Y=56,87+0,009XR1R+0,165XR2R dan dapat diartikan bahwa kedua variabel bebas memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat. Uji korelasi ganda diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,66 dan ini termasuk korelasi positif dalam kategori Kuat. Dari hasil uji Koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 56,87%. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa FRhitungR (43) > FRtabelR (3,09) maka tolak H0. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Geografi program Kampus mengajar USK Unggul dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa SMA di Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

Students' motivation to learn is an important role to achieve learning outcomes that are in accordance with learning objectives. One of the communication that can be done to increase learning motivation so that learning outcomes increase is interpersonal communication. This study aims to determine the relationship between the interpersonal communication skills of Geography Students of the USK Superior Teaching Campus Program and student learning motivation with the learning outcomes of high school students in Aceh Besar Regency. This research is a type of correlational research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used questionnaire instruments and question instruments. The population in this study is geography students of the teaching campus program at high school in Aceh Besar Regency and high school students in Aceh Besar Regency, which is 117 people. The data analysis used in this study uses multiple correlation analysis. Based on the results of data analysis obtained from the double regression test, namely, Y=56.87%+0.009X1+0.165X2 and it can be interpreted that the two variables are free to have a positive influence on the bound variable. The double correlation test obtained a value of 0.66 and this included a positive correlation in the Strong category. From the results of the determination coefficient test, a score of 56.87% was obtained. The results of the significance test showed that Fcalcul (43) > Ftabel (3.09) then minus H0. This means that there is a significant relationship between the interpersonal communication skills of Geography students of the USK Unggul teaching campus program and student learning motivation with the learning outcomes of high school students in Aceh Besar Regency.
