Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) komitmen organisasi, kompetensi, OCB dan kinerja pegawai, (2) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB, (3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap OCB (4) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (6) pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja pegawai, (7) dan pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulur Unsyiah Banda Aceh, dengan objek penelitian adalah komitmen organisasi, kompetensi, OCB dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, kompetensi, OCB dan kinerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, kemudian terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat penagruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui OCB pegawai dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui OCB.

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) organizational commitment, competence, OCB and employee performance, (2) the influence of organizational commitment on OCB, (3) the effect of competency on OCB (4) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, (5) the influence of competency on employee performance, (6) the influence of OCB on employee performance, (7) and the influence of competency on employee performance through OCB. This research was conducted at the Banda Aceh Dental Hospital and Mulur Unsyiah, with the object of research being organizational commitment, competence, OCB and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment, competence, OCB and employee performance have been going well, then there is the influence of organizational commitment to OCB, there is an influence of competence on OCB, there is an influence of OCB on employee performance. The results also prove that there is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, there is an influence of competency on employee performance, then the results of the study also prove that there is influence on organizational commitment to employee performance through OCB employees and competence on employee performance through OCB.
