ABSTRAK
Kinerja Guru adalah faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kualitas Pendidikan disekolah, proses pembelajaran siswa sangat ditentukan oleh bagaimana kinerja guru melaksanakan pembelajaran, jika kinerja guru baik, maka siswa akan belajar secara baik. Begitu juga sebaliknya apabila kinerja guru tidak baik maka proses belajar siswa juga berdampak tidak baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli di Kabupaten Pidie. (2) Pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli di Kabupaten Pidie 3) Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli di Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli yang terdiri dari 3 sekolah yaitu SMK Negeri 1 Sigli, SMK Negeri 2 Sigli dan SMK Negeri 3 Sigli. Teknik sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin taraf kesalahan 5% berjumlah 148 guru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi kerja, budaya sekolah dan kinerja Guru yaitu kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 30.0. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji f dan uji t menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli di Kabupaten Pidie, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli di Kabupaten Pidie, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05. (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Negeri dalam wilayah Kota Sigli di Kabupaten Pidie, dengan nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05.

THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION AND SCHOOL CULTURE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE SIGLI CITY AREA OF PIDIE REGENCY ABSTRACT (Fakhrurrazi) Teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of education in schools. The student learning process is highly dependent on how well teachers perform in delivering instruction. When teachers perform effectively, students are more likely to learn successfully; conversely, poor teacher performance can negatively impact student learning outcomes. This study aimed to examine (1) the influence of work motivation on the performance of state vocational high school (SMKN) teachers in the Sigli City area, Pidie Regency; (2) the influence of school culture on the performance of SMKN teachers in the same region; and (3) the combined influence of work motivation and school culture on the performance of SMKN teachers in the Sigli City area, Pidie Regency. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consisted of all SMKN teachers in the Sigli City area, which included three state vocational high schools: SMKN 1 Sigli, SMKN 2 Sigli, and SMKN 3 Sigli. The sampling technique used was Slovin’s formula with a 5% margin of error, resulting in a sample of 148 teachers. Instruments used to measure work motivation, school culture, and teacher performance included questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination, with the assistance of SPSS version 30.0. The results of the F-test and T-test analyses indicated that (1) there was a significant influence of work motivation on the performance of SMKN teachers in the Sigli City area, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there was a significant influence of school culture on teacher performance, with significance values of 0.03 < 0.05 and 0.026 < 0.05; and (3) there was a significant combined influence of work motivation and school culture on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.
