Pengaruh Inclusive Leadership dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance yang Dimediasi Affective Commitment pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Inclusive Leadership dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Affective Commitment pada karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh dengan jumlah 141 orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Model PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inclusive leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap affective commitment pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Job satisfaction tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap affective commitment pada karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Inclusive leadership tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee performance pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Affective commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Inclusive leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi affective commitment pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance melalui mediasi affective commitment pada Karyawan/ti Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh.

The Influence of Inclusive Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Mediated by Affective Commitment among Employees of Perum BULOG Regional Office Aceh By: ERLITA NOVA FERYNA NPM : 2301202010055 Specialization: Human Resource Management Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Said Musnadi, S.E., M.Si Co-Supervisor : Dr. Iskandarsyah, S.E., M.M The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of Inclusive Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance mediated by Affective Commitment on employees of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. The population in this study were all employees of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh with a total of 141 people. While the data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model PLS. The results showed that Inclusive leadership has a positive and significant influence on the affective commitment of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Job satisfaction has no effect and is not significant on the affective commitment of employees of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Inclusive leadership has no effect and is not significant on employee performance of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Affective commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Inclusive leadership has a significant influence on employee performance through the mediation of affective commitment of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh. Job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance through the mediation of affective commitment of Perum BULOG Kanwil Aceh.
