Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dan Job Performance Dengan Organizational Identification Sebagai Mediasi Pada Karyawan BPRS Mustaqim Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang karyawan. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS dengan metode Hierachical Resgression Linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan juga terhadap Job Performance. Analisis lebih lanjut menginformasi bahwa Organizational Identification mampu menjadi variabel intervensi dalam peran perihal mediasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Performance with Organizational Identification as Mediator in BPRS Mustaqim Banda Aceh Employees. The number of samples in this study was 60 employees. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument aimed at collecting information. The data analysis tool in this study used the SPSS program with the Hierarchical Regression Linear method. The results showed that Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and also on Job Performance. Further analysis informed that Organizational Identification was able to become an intervention variable in the role of mediation.
