Kurikulum merupakan pedoman mendasar dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu substansi dalam kurikulum merdeka adalah projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Masih didapati guru yang belum memahami secara mendalam tentang tujuan dan nilai Pancasila serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMAN dan MAN Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini memiliki urgensi baik dari segi praktis maupun akademis dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling meliputi purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 10 guru mata pelajaran geografi yang tersebar di SMAN dan MAN Kota Langsa. Pada penelitian ini, instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-4, wawancara, dan lembar observasi. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di SMAN dan MAN Kota Langsa dari 10 responden menjawab sangat setuju berjumlah 40,71%, jawaban setuju berjumlah 56%, menjawab kurang setuju 3,21%, dan yang menjawab tidak setuju 0%. Pada umumnya implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di SMAN dan MAN Kota Langsa dengan jawaban sangat setuju dan setuju memiliki persentase sebesar 96,71%. Proses penerapan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SMAN dan MAN Kota Langsa dari tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi sudah berjalan dengan baik. Guru sebagai tim fasilitator dapat membuat siswa aktif dalam berbagai projek yang diagendakan sekolah. Meski dalam implementasi kegiatan P5 ini terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti alokasi sumber daya, waktu, dana, dan kurangnya fasilitas, dimana hal tersebut perlu diperhatikan secara serius dan mendalam. Antisipasi dari masalah ini dapat dilakukan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan serta penguatan manajemen dan dukungan kepala sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SMAN dan MAN Kota Langsa tergolong pada kategori baik dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai profil pelajar pancasila serta proses perencanaan hingga evaluasi.

The curriculum is the fundamental guideline for the learning process. One of the components of the independent curriculum is a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Teachers still lack a deep understanding of the goals and values of Pancasila, and limited supporting facilities hinder the implementation of this project. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) in the independent learning curriculum at SMAN and MAN in Langsa City. This research has urgency both from a practical and academic perspective in supporting the achievement of national education goals. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey research type. The data collection technique used is non-probability sampling including purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 10 geography subject teachers spread across SMAN and MAN in Langsa City. In this study, the instruments used were closed questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-4, interviews, and observation sheets. The validity test of the instrument used the Product Moment correlation. Reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the research on the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) at SMAN and MAN in Langsa City from 10 respondents answered strongly agree amounting to 40.71%, the answer agree amounting to 56%, answered less agree 3.21%, and those who answered disagree 0%. In general, the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) at SMAN and MAN in Langsa City with the answer strongly agree and agree has a percentage of 96.71%. The process of implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SMAN and MAN in Langsa City from the planning stage to the evaluation has gone well. Teachers as a team of facilitators can make students active in various projects scheduled by the school. Although in the implementation of this P5 activity there are several challenges such as resource allocation, time, funds, and lack of facilities, where these things need to be considered seriously and in depth. Anticipation of this problem can be done by increasing teacher competence through continuous training and strengthening management and support from school principals. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SMAN and MAN in Langsa City is included in the good category in implementing the values of the Pancasila student profile and the planning process to evaluation.
