MENELITI INTERAKSI ANTARA PENGEMBANGAN KAPABILITAS KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN ADAPTASI TI ORGANISASI DALAM MEMBENTUK KOMITMEN DAN KINERJA ORGANISASI DI PERUSAHAAN AIR DAN LISTRIK NASIONAL GAMBIA (NAWEC)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti interaksi antara pengembangan kapabilitas kerja, budaya organisasi, dan adaptabilitas TI organisasi dalam membentuk komitmen dan kinerja organisasi di Perusahaan Air dan Listrik Nasional Gambia (NAWEC). Populasi terdiri dari 1.546 pejabat struktural, termasuk staf administrasi dan pendukung teknis senior dan junior, dengan sampel 318 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employment Capability Development tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, sedangkan Employment Capability Development memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment. Budaya Organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance maupun Organizational Commitment. Lebih jauh lagi, Organizational Commitment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti bahwa Employment Capability Development secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi Organizational Performance melalui Organizational Commitment. Namun, Organizational Culture tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Organizational Performance melalui Organizational Commitment. Lebih jauh lagi, organization IT adaptability tidak memoderasi pengaruh employment capability development terhadap organizational commitment.

The population consists of 1,546 structural officials, including senior and junior administrative and technical support staff, with a sample of 318 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that Employment Capability Development has no significant effect on Organizational Performance, while it has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Culture has no significant effect on either Organizational Performance or Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment has a meaningful effect on Organizational Performance. The study also highlights that Employment Capability Development indirectly affects Organizational Performance through Organizational Commitment. However, Organizational Culture does not have an indirect effect on Organizational Performance through Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, organizational IT adaptability does not moderate the influence of employment capability development on organizational commitment.
