Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi di
Kantor Serambi Indonesia

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, leader
member exchange (LMX), kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan
melalui komitmen organisasi di kantor Serambi Indonesia. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah karyawan di kantor Serambi Indonesia yang berjumlah 159
orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan
menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Serambi
Indonesia yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang
digunakan adalah probability sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Outer
model dan inner model yang dibantu program SmartPLS. Variabel penelitian yang
digunakan adalah keterlibatan kerja, LMX, kecerdasan emosional, kinerja
karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen
organisasi. LMX berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
LMX tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan
emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
melalui komitmen organisasi. LMX berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
melalui komitmen organisasi. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi.

Meldi Kesuma, SE., MM The objective of this research is to examine the influence of work engagement, leader-member exchange (LMX), and emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational commitment at the Serambi Indonesia office. The population of this study consists of 159 employees at the Serambi Indonesia office. This research employs a quantitative method, and data were collected using a questionnaire technique. The sample of this study includes 100 respondents from the Serambi Indonesia employees, and the sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data analysis methods involve the Outer model and Inner model, assisted by the SmartPLS program. The research variables used are work engagement, LMX, emotional intelligence, employee performance, and organizational commitment. The results of the study show that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. LMX has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment but does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment as well as employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work engagement affects employee performance through organizational commitment. LMX affects employee performance through organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence affects employee performance through organizational commitment.
