Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis RPP fisika yang dirancang oleh mahasiswa MBKM Angkatan 2020, metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif untuk melihat kelemahan, kesesuaian, ketepatan RPP fisika yang dirancang oleh mahasiswa. Data dan sumber penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa 58 RPP fisika oleh mahasiswa MBKM Angkatan 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik dokumen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan lembar skala penilaian RPP diperoleh rata-rata persentase masing-masing komponen RPP. Komponen pertama identitas RPP diperoleh nilai 90% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, komponen kedua indikator pencapaian kompetensi dan tujuan pembelajaran dengan nilai 82% kategori sanghat sesuai, komponen ketiga sumber belajar dengan nilai 53% dengan kategori kurang sesuai, komponen keempat pendekatan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai 70% kategori sesuai, komponen kelima kegaiatan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai 87% kategori sanagt sesuai, komponen keenam sumber belajar diperoleh nilai 65% kategori sesuai, dan komponen ketujuh penilaian hasil belajar dengan nilai 77% kategori sesuai. Walaupun demikian, kemampuan penyusunan RPP harus lebih ditingkatkan.

The objective of this study is to analyze the Physics RPPs (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) developed by the students of the MBKM Class of 2020. The researchers used a purposive sampling strategy to ensure meticulous selection of the sample for this study. This study is of a descriptive nature, using quantitative methodologies. The study is to gather descriptive data in order to evaluate the deficiencies, appropriateness, and precision of the physics lesson plans created by students. This study is based on secondary data, namely 58 Physics Research Project Proposals (RPPs) that were produced by students from the MBKMA Class of 2020. This study employs the document analysis approach as its data collecting methodology. The evaluation of the RPP assessment scale yields research results that provide the average percentage for each component of the RPP. The first component of the RPP's identification obtained a 90% score in the very suitable category. The second feature, which refers to the measurement of competence attainment and learning goals, was rated at 82% in the very suitable group. The third component pertaining to learning materials had a rating of 53% in the category of being less appropriate. The fourth factor pertaining to learning methodologies achieved a score of 70% in the relevant category. The fifth factor encompasses educational activities that achieved a commendable score of 87% in the very suitable category. The learning materials achieved a score of 65% in the sixth aspect area. The learning outcomes assessment element achieved a score of 77% in its respective area, marking it as the eighth aspect. Nevertheless, there is a want for more enhancements in the capacity to generate instructional outlines.
