Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri terhadap pengembangan karir yang dimediasi oleh eksplorasi karir pada alumni S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala periode 2020-2021 yang berjumlah 533 alumni. Sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 120 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan penentuan dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara Stratified Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Dukungan Sosial dan Efikasi Diri Dan Eksplorasi Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Hasil Penelitian juga menunjukkan Dukungan Sosial dan Efikasi Diri juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediasi ialah Eksplorasi Karir, sehingga Eksplorasi Karir mampu memediasi Dukungan Sosial dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Pengembangan Karir.

This research aims to determine the influence of social support and self-efficacy on career development mediated by career exploration among undergraduate alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. This research is quantitative research, data collection uses a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were undergraduate alumni from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University for the 2020-2021 period, totaling 533 alumni. As a representative sample of the research population, there are 120 samples. The sampling technique used was Probability Sampling with the determination of sampling in this research carried out using Stratified Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) which is used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. Based on the research results, it shows that the influence of Social Support, Self-Efficacy and Career Exploration have a significant effect on Career Development. The research results also show that Social Support and Self-Efficacy also influence the mediating variable, namely Career Exploration, so that Career Exploration is able to mediate Social Support and Self-Efficacy on Career Development.
