ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh social support dan entrepreneurial attitude orientation terhadap entrepreneurial intentions, pengaruh social support dan entrepreneurial attitude orientation terhadap psychological capital, pengaruh psychological capital terhadap entrepreneurial intentions serta pengaruh tidak langsung social support dan entrepreneurial attitude orientation terhadap entrepreneurial intentions yang dimediasi oleh psychological capital pada mahasiswa FEB USK. Data diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 181 orang sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Teknik sampel yang digunakan teknik probability sampling dan Statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variable-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh social support dan entrepreneurial attitude orientation terhadap entrepreneurial intentions, terdapat pengaruh social support dan entrepreneurial attitude orientation terhadap psychological capital mahasiswa, terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap entrepreneurial intentions. Social support dan entrepreneurial attitude orientation berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa yang dimediasi oleh psychological capital mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of social support and entrepreneurial attitude orientation on entrepreneurial intentions, the influence of social support and entrepreneurial attitude orientation on psychological capital, the influence of psychological capital on entrepreneurial intentions, and the indirect influence of social support and entrepreneurial attitude orientation on entrepreneurial intentions, mediated by psychological capital, among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Syiah Kuala University. Data were obtained through a survey of 181 individuals as the sample representing the research population, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) was used as the analysis method to determine the influence among the variables involved. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of social support and entrepreneurial attitude orientation on entrepreneurial intentions, an influence of social support and entrepreneurial attitude orientation on students' psychological capital, and an influence of psychological capital on entrepreneurial intentions. Social support and entrepreneurial attitude orientation have an impact on students' entrepreneurial intentions mediated by students' psychological capital at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University.
