Media video adalah seperangkat komponen atau media yang mampu menampilkan gambar sekaligus suara dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Dengan adanya penggunaan media tersebut diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan aktivitas siswa menurut Sukiman, (2012). Keunggulan media video adalah dapat menampilkan gambar bergerak yang disertai suara sekaligus. Dengan menggunakan media video maka informasi berupa peristiwa, fakta, konsep dan sebagainya dapat dihadirkan ke dalam ruang kelas (Daryanto, 2011). Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh metode eksperimen berbantuan media video terhadap hasil belajar pada materi siklus air pada kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Susoh. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode eksperimen berbantuan media video terhadap hasil belajar pada materi siklus air di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Susoh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dengan jenis Pre-Experiment. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik dari kelas I sampai kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Susoh yang berjumlah 160 peserta didik, dengan mengambil sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Susoh sebanyak 25 peserta didik, yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki dan 13 orang perempuan. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Analisis data, diperoleh thitung > ttabel = 27,77 > 1,713. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis, maka didapati H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan metode eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi siklus air di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Susoh.

The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out whether there is an effect of the experimental method assisted by video media on learning outcomes in the water cycle material in class V at SD Negeri 1 Susoh. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the experimental method assisted by video media on learning outcomes in the water cycle material in class V SD Negeri 1 Susoh. The approach in this research is quantitative with the type of Pre- Experiment. The population in this study were all students from class I to class VI SD Negeri 1 Susoh, totaling 160 students. By taking the sample in this study, all students in class V SD Negeri 1 Susoh were 25 students, consisting of 12 students. men and 13 women. Data collection tools using tests. The data analysis technique uses the t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. Data analysis, obtained tcount > ttable = 27.77 > 1.713. Based on the criteria for testing the hypothesis, it was found that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So the conclusion in this study is that there is a significant influence on the use of the experimental method on student learning outcomes in the water cycle material in class V SD Negeri 1 Susoh.
