Kesulitan dalam memahami materi akibat kurangnya pemahaman konsep matematika yang berdampak terhadap hasil belajar yang rendah. Sehingga diperlukan salah satu aspek penguatan dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan yaitu video animasi yang memiliki tampilan menarik untuk membantu guru menjelaskan materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh video animasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh pada materi barisan dan deret aritmatika. Jenis penelitian quasi ekperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMKN 5 Telkom Banda Aceh. Penentuan kelas yang dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dilakukan secara acak yaitu Kelas X Multi Media 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X Multi Media 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Tes yang digunakan berupa soal uraian sebanyak 3 soal yang diberikan pada pretest dan post-test. Data penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan statistik uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 di peroleh nilai t-tabel =1,692 dan t-hitung =1,809, maka t_hitung>t_tabel dengan demikian tolak H0 dan terima H1. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa video animasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh pada materi barisan dan deret aritmatika.

Difficulty in understanding the subject due to lack of understanding of mathematical concepts that have an impact on low learning outcomes. So that one aspect of reinforcement in learning is needed. One of the learning media that can be used is animated videos that have an attractive appearance to help teachers explain the subject. This study aims to determine the effect of animated videos on the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh on the arithmetic The Effect of Animated Video on Student Learning Outcomes of SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh on the Arithmetic sequence and series. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all grade 10th SMKN 5 Telkom Banda Aceh. Determination of the class used as an experimental class and control class is done randomly, namely class Multi Media 1 as a control class and class Multi Media 2 as an experimental class. The test used was in the form of a description question as many as three questions given on the pretest and post-test. This research data was analyzed using t-test statistics. Based on the results of the t-test at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value = 1.692 and t-score = 1.809 were obtained, then t-score > t-table thus reject H0 and accept H1. So it can be concluded that the animation video affects the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh on the arithmetic sequence and series.
