Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja siswa contextual teaching and learning berbasis blended learning untuk meningkatkan critical thinking siswa. Design pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4)Implementation dan 5) Evaluation. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XA SMA PLUS AL-ATHIYAH Banda Aceh. Kelayakan LKS diukur dari hasil validasi LKS menggunakan instrumen angket validasi ahli, angket uji kepraktisan, angket respon guru dan siswa serta instrumen tes keterampilan critical thinking. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh dosen ahli didapati persentase rata-rata sebesar 96,97% dengan kriteria sangat layak, hasil uji kepraktisan didapati persentase rata-rata sebesar 90,48%, hasil respon guru diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 95,83% dan hasil respon siswa diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 89,51%. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-gain yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh nilai N-gain 0,7714 dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan lembar kerja siswa contextual teaching and learning berbasis blended learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan critical thinking siswa dan juga layak digunakan.

This research aims to produce contextual teaching and learning student worksheets based on blended learning to improve students' critical thinking. The development design uses the ADDIE development model, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. The research sample was class XA students at SMA PLUS AL-ATHIYAH Banda Aceh. The feasibility of LKS is measured from the results of LKS validation using expert validation questionnaire instruments, practicality test questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires and critical thinking skills test instruments. Based on the validation results by expert lecturers, the average percentage was found to be 96.97% with very feasible criteria, the practicality test results were found to be an average percentage of 90.48%, the teacher response results were an average of 95.83% and the response results were students obtained an average percentage of 89.51%. Based on the results of the N-gain test carried out using SPSS, the N-gain value was 0.7714 with high criteria. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the development of contextual teaching and learning student worksheets based on blended learning (CTL) can improve students' critical thinking and is also suitable for use.
