Wirausaha lulusan SMK di Indonesia masih sangat rendah, oleh sebab itu pemerintah mengupayakan untuk dapat berwirausaha tanpa bergantung dengan perusahaan besar. Dukungan dari keluarga sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha pada lulusan SMK. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dukungan keluarga dan motivasi berwirausaha serta menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap motivasi berwirausaha alumni siswa SMKN 3 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Pearson Correlation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat dukungan keluarga berada dikategori sedang yaitu 59,62% dengan indikator tertinggi pada dukungan instrumental sebanyak 65,38%. Tingkat motivasi berwirausaha berada dikategori sedang sebanyak 53,85% dengan indikator tertinggi motivasi berwirausaha berfikir positif sebanyak 96,15%. Entrepreneurship graduates of SMK in Indonesia are still very low, therefore the government is trying to be able to do entrepreneurship without depending on large companies. Support from family is very important in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in SMK graduates. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing family support and motivation for entrepreneurship as well as analyzing the relationship between family support and entrepreneurship motivation for alumni of SMKN 3 Banda Aceh students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample of 52 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Pearson Correlation. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the level of family support was in the moderate category, namely 59.62%, with the highest indicator being instrumental support, which was 65.38%. The level of motivation for entrepreneurship is in the moderate category of 53.85% with the highest indicator of positive thinking entrepreneurship motivation as much as 96.15%.
