ABSTRAK
Kompetisi yang cukup tajam di sektor bisnis telekomunikasi ini membuat banyak
perusahaan telekomunikasi bersaing untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada
para pelanggan. Keberhasilan sebuah penyedia layanan tergantung pada apakah
perusahaan memiliki hubungan kualitas tinggi dengan pelanggan yang kemudian
membantu menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan service quality terhadap customer loyalty
yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction pada pengguna indihome di Kota Banda
Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan
mode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak
280 responden. Hasil dari penelitian brand image berpengaruh langsung terhadap
customer loyalty pengguna indihome di Kota Banda Aceh. Service quality
berpengaruh langsung terhadap customer loyalty pengguna indihome di Kota Banda
Aceh. Brand image berpengaruh langsung terhadap customer satisfaction pengguna
indihome di Kota Banda Aceh. Service quality berpengaruh langsung terhadap
customer satisfaction pengguna indihome di Kota Banda Aceh. Customer
satisfaction berpengaruh langsung terhadap customer loyalty pengguna indihome
di Kota Banda Aceh. Customer satisfaction memediasi secara parsial brand image
terhadap customer loyalty pengguna indihome di Kota Banda Aceh. Customer
satisfaction memediasi secara parsial service quality terhadap customer loyalty
pengguna indihome di Kota Banda Aceh.

ABSTRACT The sharp competition in the telecommunications business sector has made many telecommunications companies compete to provide the best service to customers. The success of a service provider depends on whether the company has a high quality relationship with customers which then helps determine customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction for indihome users in Banda Aceh City. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis mode with a total sample of 280 respondents. The results of the brand image research have a direct effect on customer loyalty of indihome users in Banda Aceh City. Service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty of Indihome users in Banda Aceh City. Brand image has a direct effect on customer satisfaction for indihome users in Banda Aceh City. Service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction for indihome users in Banda Aceh City. Customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty of Indihome users in Banda Aceh City. Customer satisfaction partially mediates brand image on customer loyalty of indihome users in Banda Aceh City. Customer satisfaction partially mediates service quality towards customer loyalty of Indihome users in Banda Aceh City.
