Berdasarkan penjelasan yang telah dijabarkan pada pembahasan hasil kerja praktek yang penulis lakukan tentang “Proses Penerapan Kerjasama Antara PT. Brantas Abipraya Dengan Rekanan” maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa:
Resiko terjadinya kendala alam akan mempengaruhi progres kemajuan pekerjaan dilapangan.
Akibat adanya selisih hasil laporan kemajuan pekerjaan antara Penyedia Jasa dan Konsultan Pengawas maka dapat mengakibatkan proses pencairan dana terhambat.
Adapun strategi pencegahan dan penanganan terhadap resiko-resiko di atas adalah dengan cara menerapkan fungsi manajemen.
