Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance dan work engagement dalam memediasi leader member exchange terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Era Baru Mandiri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 karyawan, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap leader member exchange, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap leader member exchange, work life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan dan leader member exchange berpengaruh komitmen organisasi karyawan. Peningkatan work life balance, work engagement dan leader member exchange akan memiliki dampak positif terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Implikasi penelitian yaitu work life balance dan work engagement berdampak baik pada leader member exchange sehingga mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. Artinya semakin baik work life balance dan work engagement maka semakin meningkat komitmen organisasi karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan.

INDEPENDENT NEW ERA By NOVITA FARDIANI NPM: 2001202010042 Concentration: Human Resource Management Supervisor : Prof.Dr. Faisal, S.E., M.Si, MA Co-Supervisor : Dr. Hamdi Harmen, S.E., MM Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work life balance and work engagement in mediating leader member exchange on the organizational commitment of PT. Independent New Era. The sampling technique used is a census with a total of 120 employees, while the data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model. The results showed that work life balance had a significant effect on leader member exchange, work engagement had a significant effect on leader member exchange, work life balance had no effect on employee organizational commitment, work engagement had a significant effect on employee organizational commitment and leader member exchange had an effect on employee organizational commitment. Increasing work life balance, work engagement and leader member exchange will have a positive impact on employee organizational commitment. The research implication is that work life balance and work engagement have a good impact on the leader member exchange so as to increase organizational commitment. This means that the better the work life balance and work engagement, the higher the organizational commitment of employees in a company.
