Universitas Syiah Kuala merupakan perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan program beasiswa dengan tujuan membantu meringankan biaya pendidikan dan kebutuhan mahasiswa selama masa studi. Kuota penerima beasiswa yang terbatas, proses penyeleksian berkas secara manual, pembobotan kriteria beasiswa, ketergantungan preferensi dan konflik antar kriteria menjadi kendala pada proses penyeleksian berkas. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu decision maker dalam proses pengambilan keputusan penerima beasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan SPK dengan pendekatan multiple attribute decision making (MADM) dan metode VIKOR untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa, mensimulasikan penerima beasiswa dengan melakukan pengujian sensitivitas nilai indeks VIKOR dan mengukur akurasi solusi kompromi yang dihasilkan oleh metode VIKOR dengan data penerima beasiswa berdasarkan penilaian dari Prodi Informatika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan MADM sebagai solusi permasalahan penyeleksian berkas dengan beberapa kriteria, melakukan perangkingan pelamar beasiswa menggunakan metode VIKOR dan perhitungan bobot kriteria beasiswa menggunakan metode AHP. Pada Pengujian sensitivitas nilai indeks VIKOR, dilakukan 9 kali percobaan dengan mengubah nilai parameter v menjadi {0,1; 0,2 ; 0,3 ; 0,4; 0,5 ; 0,6; 0,7; 0,8 ;0,9). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa Mahasiswa11 tetap menjadi peringkat pertama pada semua percobaan, Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkingan konsisten dan stabil. Pengujian hasil perangkingan pada SPK diperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 95,65217% dengan nilai F-measure sebesar 90%. Syiah Kuala University is a university that organizes a scholarship program with the aim of helping to reduce the cost of education and the needs of students during the study period. Limited quota of scholarship recipients, manual file selection process, weighting of scholarship criteria, preference dependence and conflicts between criteria become obstacles to the file selection process. Therefore, we need a decision support system (DSS) that can help decision maker in the decision-making process of scholarship recipients. This study aims to implement the DSS with a multiple attribute decision making (MADM) approach and the VIKOR method to determine scholarship recipients, simulate scholarship recipients by testing the sensitivity of the VIKOR index value and measure the accuracy of the compromise solution generated by the VIKOR method with scholarship recipient data based on the assessment of the Study Program. informatics. This study uses the MADM approach as a solution to the problem of selecting files with several criteria, ranking scholarship applicants using the VIKOR method and calculating the weight of scholarship criteria using the AHP method. In the sensitivity test of the VIKOR index value, 9 experiments were carried out by changing the value of the parameter v to {0,1; 0.2 ; 0.3 ; 0.4; 0.5 ; 0.6; 0.7; 0.8 ;0.9). Based on the test results, it is known that Student11 remains in the first rank in all experiments, this shows that the ranking is consistent and stable.
