ABSTRAK Perhatian suatu organisasi yang besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai akan memperlancar jalannya pelaksanaa tugas dan tercapainya target perusahaan, Oleh sebab itu perlu diperhatikan secara seksama mengenai hal-hal yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Karyawan seperti pemberian motivasi pendidikan dan pelatihan ini adalah kedisiplinan kondisi kerja serta sosial ekonomi.
