RINGKASAN

Industri kopi “Fruity Coffee” merupakan salah satu industri yang mengelola kopi di daerah Banda Aceh yang telah berproduksi untuk mengembangkan usahanya, disaat persediaan bahan baku belum memadai. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh industri ini, yaitu sulitnya untuk memperoleh bahan baku. Perencaan persediaan meliputi keputusan tentang kapan harus melakukan pemasaran terhadap suatu item yang harus dipesan, dengan memperhitungkan pula akan sarana dan prasarana, serta biaya yang diperlukan selama periode pemasaran persediaan dilakukan. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku akan memberikan dampak positif untuk mendukung kelancaran proses produksi dalam peningkatakan keuntungan perusahaan. Industri kopi “Fruity Coffee” memiliki masalah pada persediaan bahan baku kopi, dengan ini penelitian tertarik mengambil judul dengan manajemen stok bahan baku industri.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah bahan baku untuk persedian bahan baku dan untuk mengetahui total biaya bahan bku kopo pada prodksi “Fruity Coffee”. Penilitian ini menggunakan perhitungan garis lurus. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya bahan baku tetap/bahan baku tidak habis pakai dan biaya penyusutan untuk memproduksi minuman Fruity Coffee yang dapat digunakan kembali untuk produksi sebesar Rp. 668.500. Dalam memproduksi minuman Fruity Coffee mesin Grinder Coffee menjadi alat dengan biaya penyusutan paling besar Rp. 516.500. Hal di dikarenakan mesin Grinder Coffee yang digunakan harus diservis secara berkala setiap tahunnya. Selain itu, timbangan kopi menjadi salah satu alat dengan penyusutan yang besar dalam memproduksi minuman Fruity Coffee. Timbangan yang digunakan bukan timbangan biasa pada umumnya dimana timbangan ini bersifat digital. Hal ini menyebabkan biaya penyusutan yang lumayan besar selain dari mesin Grinder Coffee.

SUMMARY Raw Material Procurement System For Friut Coffee Production. The "Fruity Coffee" coffee industry is one of the industries that manages coffee in the Banda Aceh area which has been producing to expand its business, when the supply of raw materials is not sufficient. The obstacle faced by this industry is the difficulty of obtaining raw materials. Inventory planning includes decisions about when to market an item that must be ordered, taking into account also the facilities and infrastructure, as well as the costs required during the inventory marketing period. Inventory control of raw materials will have a positive impact on supporting the smooth production process in increasing company profits. The "Fruity Coffee" coffee industry has problems with the supply of coffee raw materials, with this research interested in taking the title of stock management of industrial raw materials. The purpose of this study is to identify the amount of raw materials for the supply of raw materials and to determine the total cost of coffee raw materials in "Fruity Coffee" production. This research uses a straight line calculation. Based on the results of observations and discussions, it can be concluded that the cost of fixed raw materials/raw materials are not consumable and the depreciation cost to produce Fruity Coffee drinks that can be reused for production is Rp. 668,500. In producing Fruity Coffee drinks, the Grinder Coffee machine becomes the tool with the largest depreciation cost of Rp. 516,500. This is because the Grinder Coffee machine used must be serviced regularly every year. In addition, coffee scales are one of the tools with large depreciation in producing Fruity Coffee drinks. The scales used are not ordinary scales in general where these scales are digital. This causes a fairly large depreciation cost apart from the Grinder Coffee machine.
