ABSTRAK

Perancangan pabrik komposit ini menggunakan bahan baku utama yaitu serbuk kayu dan plastik HDPE. Proses produksi secara keseluruhan menggunakan proses kontinyu dan sebagian kecil batchdengan melibatkan proses yaitu penyediaan bahan baku, pengeringan, peleburan, pencampuran dan pencetakan. Proses ini berlangsung selama 330 hari per tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Krueng Geukeuh, Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Provinsi Aceh dengan ukuran luas tanah sebesar 8.612 m2. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 120 orang. Kebutuhan air untuk pabrik berasal dari PDAM Mon Pase, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Kebutuhan listrik berasal dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dan generator dengan daya 131,22 kWh.
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut:
Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 432.298.605.518
Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 76.287.989.209
Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 508.586.594.727
Total Biaya Produksi (per Tahun) = Rp 227.019.856.132
Hasil Penjualan = Rp 790.909.118.332
Pay Out Time (POT) = 2 tahun 8 bulan
Break Event Point (BEP) = 44.57%
Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 18.91%
Berdasarkan studi kelayakan dan ekonomi diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perancangan Pabrik Papan Komposit dari Serbuk Kayu dan Plastik HDPE ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap konstruksi.

ABSTRACT The design of this composite factory uses the main raw materials, namely wood powder and HDPE plastic. The production process as a whole uses a continuous process and a small number of batches involve processes, namely the provision of raw materials, drying, smelting, mixing and printing. This process lasts for 330 days per year. The location of the factory is planned to be established in Krueng Geukeuh, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province with a land area of 8,612 m2. The planned form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff organizational structure method. The workforce needed to run this company is 120 people. The water requirement for the factory comes from PDAM Mon Pase, North Aceh Regency. The electricity demand comes from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a power of 131.22 kWh. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: a) Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = IDR 432,298,605,518 b) Working Capital Investment (WCI) = IDR 76,287,989,209 c) Total Capital Investment (TCI) = IDR 508,586,594,727 d) Total Production Cost (per year) = IDR 227,019,856.132 e) Sales Result = Rp. 790.909.118.332 f) Pay Out Time (POT) = 2 years 8 months g) Break Event Point (BEP) = 44.57% h) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 18.91% Based on the feasibility and economic studies above, it can be concluded that the Design of Composite Board from Wood Powder and HDPE Plastic is feasible to proceed to the construction stage.
