Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Implikasi Kapasitas Personal Anggota Dewan Pada Kinerja Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada DPRK Kabupaten Pidie. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh DPRK Kabupaten Pidie. Variabel penelitian ini sesuai dengan fenomena yang diangkat adalah Personal Background, Political Background, Pengetahuan, Kapasitas Personal dan Kinerja Anggota DPRK. Populasi yang dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dewan di wilayah Pidi yang berjumlah 40 orang.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus untuk mengambil sampel seluruh populasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Personal Background berpengaruh positif terhadap Kapasitas Personal, Political Background tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kapasitas Personal, Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kapasitas Personal, Personal Background tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja, Political Background berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, Pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, Kapasitas Personal berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja, Kapasitas Personal memediasi pengaruh Personal Background terhadap Kinerja, Kapasitas Personal tidak memediasi pengaruh Political Background terhadap Kinerja., Kapasitas Personal memediasi pengaruh Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja.

This study aims to examine the Implications of the Personal Capacity of Council Members on the Performance of Members of the Pidie Regency House of Representatives. This research was conducted at the DPRK of Pidie Regency. The object of this research is the entire DPRK of Pidie Regency. The variables of this study according to the phenomenon raised are Personal Background, Political Background, Knowledge, Personal Capacity and Performance of DPRK Members. The population considered in this study is the entire council in the Pidi area, totaling 40 people. This study uses the census method to take a sample of the entire population. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that Personal Background has a positive effect on Personal Capacity, Political Background has no positive effect on Personal Capacity, Knowledge has a positive effect on Personal Capacity, Personal Background has no positive effect on Performance, Political Background has no effect on Performance, Knowledge has no effect on Performance, Capacity Personal has a positive effect on Performance, Personal Capacity mediates the influence of Personal Background on Performance, Personal Capacity does not mediate the influence of Political Background on Performance, Personal Capacity mediates the effect of Knowledge on Performance.
