Laptop telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi kalangan akademisi. Laptop keluaran terbaru dengan spesifikasi yang tinggi memiliki harga yang cukup mahal, sehingga laptop bekas menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Kebiasaan penjual dalam menentukan harga laptop bekas hanya mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor, sehingga harga jual yang di tetapkan oleh penjual kurang beralasan bagi pembeli. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam penentuan harga, agar diterima oleh pembeli dan penjual mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Langkah penelitian untuk mendapatkan output yaitu, (1) penentuan variabel input dan output; (2) penentuan range dan fungsi keanggotaan; (3) pembentukan aturan implikasi fuzzy; (4) defuzzyfikasi; (5) simulasi Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno Orde-Nol; (6) perhitungan keakuratan hasil dengan MAPE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh 81 aturan fungsi implikasi dan keakuratan hasil peramalan harga jual laptop dengan menggunakan MAPE memiliki tingkat kesalahan 23%, yang menunjukkan tingkat kesalahan tergolong wajar sehingga dapat di terapkan untuk menentukan harga jual laptop bekas. Akan tetapi jika tingkat kesalahan melebihi 50% maka nilai kesalahan dapat dikatakan tidak akurat dan tidak dapat digunakan.

The latest laptops with high specifications have quite expensive prices, so used laptops are one solution to overcome this. The seller's habit in determining the price of a used laptop only considers several factors, so the selling price set by the seller is less reasonable for the buyer. The purpose of this research is to use the Fuzzy Sugeno method in determining the price, so that it is accepted by buyers and sellers to get maximum profit. The research steps to get the output are, (1) determining the input and output variabels; (2) determination of range and membership function; (3) the formation of fuzzy implication rules; (4) defuzzification; (5) First-Order Sugeno Fuzzy Inference System simulation; (6) calculation of the accuracy of the results with MAPE. Based on the results of the study, obtained 81 implication function rules and the accuracy of the results of forecasting the selling price of laptops using MAPE has an error rate of 23%, which means the error rate is reasonable or reasonable so that it can be applied to determine the selling price of used laptops. However, if the error rate exceeds 50%, the error value can be said to be inaccurate and cannot be used.
