Informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil The Global Creativity Index tahun 2019 menyatakan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kreatif di Indonesia tercatat masih cukup rendah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan posisi Indonesia berada pada rangking 85 dari 129 negara. Dalam proses pembelajaran fisika di sekolah, guru belum menerapkan upaya pemberdayaan kemampuan berpikir siswa dan mengarahkan siswa untuk bekerja dan bersikap secara ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan LKPD berbasis pendekatan ISLE untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Desain implementasi LKPD menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil rata-rata uji kelayakan LKPD yang ditinjau dari aspek kelayakan isi, penyajian dan bahasa memperoleh persentase sebesar 82,88% menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis pendekatan ISLE untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan sikap ilmiah siswa sangat layak untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan analisis uji N-Gain, LKPD berbasis pendekatan ISLE dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dengan skor 0,75 pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis angket sikap ilmiah menunjukkan bahwa skor posttest angket sikap ilmiah berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor rerata sebesar 90,04, sedangkan skor pretest yang dihasilkan berada pada kategori rendah dengan nilai rerata 50,02. Guru dan siswa memberikan respon dengan kategori sangat positif terhadap LKPD berbasis pendekatan ISLE yang ditunjukkan dengan angka 82,95% untuk respon guru dan 84,85% untuk respon siswa.

In the process of learning physics in schools, teachers have not implemented efforts to empower students' thinking skills and direct students to work and behave scientifically. The purpose of this research is to develop worksheets based on the ISLE approach to improve students' creative thinking skills and scientific attitudes. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) and refers to the ADDIE development model. The LKPD implementation design uses One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The average results of the LKPD feasibility test in terms of the feasibility aspects of content, presentation and language obtained a percentage of 82.88% indicating that the LKPD based on the ISLE approach to improve creative thinking skills and scientific attitude students is very feasible to use. Based on the N-Gain test analysis, ISLE-based worksheets can improve creative thinking skills with a score of 0.75 in the high category. The results of the analysis of the scientific attitude questionnaire showed that the posttest score of the scientific attitude questionnaire was in the very high category with an average score of 90.04, while the pretest score produced was in the low category with an average value of 50.02. Teachers and students gave a very positive response to the LKPD based on the ISLE approach as indicated by the numbers 82.95% for teacher responses and 84.85% for student responses.
