Penelitian ini mengenai aplikasi rational emotive therapy dengan menggunakan teknik dispute kognitif dalam menurunkan perilaku bulli pada siswa di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana tingkat perilaku bulli pada siswa setelah diberikan treatment rational emotive therapy dengan menggunakan teknik dispute kognitif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa berdasarkan rekomendasi dari guru BK, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 8 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert. Teknik analisa data yaitu analisis deskriprif kuantitatif menggunakan statistik non-parametric dengan analisis paired sample sign-test. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa sebelum pemberian treatment sebesar 60,37, sedangkan setelah pemberian treatment sebesar 40,25. Dari 8 peserta treatment, perubahan penurunan tanda negatif (-) diperoleh pada semua peserta, pengujian tabel binomial untuk n=8 dengan 8 tanda positif pada ?=0,05 diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0039, karena 0,0039 < 0,05, maka hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan skor perilaku bulli pada siswa SMPN 8 Banda Aceh sebelum dan setelah pemberian treatment rational emotive tehrapy dengan menggunakan teknik dispute kognitif.

This research focusing on applicational rational emotive therapy using dispute cognitive technique to help reduce bullying in students socialiszation. The purpose of this research is to find how far bullying in students socialiszation after giving rational emotive therapy treatment using dispute cognitive technique. Samples were taken as much as 8 from 20 students as research populations. The research data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative statistic non-parametric with paired sample sign-test analysis. Mean score before given treatment about 60,37, while after treatment it reach 40,25. All students raised negative bullying score in their socialiszation (-), table binominal trial score n=8 with 8 positive sign in a=0,05 probability result amount of 0,0039, because 0,0039 < 0,05, it show nought hypotheses nol (Ho) rejected, its mean there is different significant bullying score in students of SMPN 8 Banda Aceh before and after rational emotive therapy treatment using dispute cognitive technique.
