analisis Ordinary Least Squares (OLS).
Bruto, suku bunga, OLS.

This study aims to analyze the effects of the exchange rate, net exports, Gross
Domestic Product, and interest rates on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia
during the period 1993–2024. This study uses time-series data with the Ordinary
Least Squares (OLS) analysis method. The results show that the exchange rate has
a negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia, while net exports have
a positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Meanwhile, Gross Domestic Product
and interest rates also show a negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment in
Indonesia. Simultaneously, all independent variables influence Foreign Direct
Investment in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that exchange rate
stability and improved net export performance are key factors in attracting foreign
direct investment flows to Indonesia, whereas Gross Domestic Product and interest
rates have not yet become primary factors in investment decisions. Therefore, the
government needs to maintain exchange rate stability and improve export
performance to support increased foreign investment in Indonesia.

Keywords: Foreign Direct Investment, Exchange Rate, Net Exports, Gross
Domestic Product, Interest Rate, OLS.
