Pemilihan penyedia jasa acara di Kota Banda Aceh saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional yang rentan memicu terjadinya asimetri informasi serta kelelahan keputusan (decision fatigue) bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun platform direktori vendor event berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan fitur Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk memberikan rekomendasi secara objektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, dengan mengimplementasikan metode pemeringkatan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan kriteria harga layanan, rating pelanggan, dan jumlah transaksi operasional. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Laravel, basis data MySQL, dan Tailwind CSS. Hasil pengujian fungsional melalui Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi tanpa kendala teknis. Selain itu, pengujian kualitas pengalaman pengguna menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang melibatkan 20 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 92,25%, yang mengategorikan sistem dalam predikat "Sangat Layak". Dengan demikian, platform direktori EventVendor mampu menyajikan rekomendasi yang transparan, terstruktur, serta mempermudah masyarakat dan penyedia jasa dalam melangsungkan transaksi secara digital.

The selection of event vendors in Banda Aceh City is currently still conducted conventionally, which is prone to triggering information asymmetry and decision fatigue for consumers. This study aims to design and develop a web-based event vendor directory platform equipped with a Decision Support System (DSS) feature to provide objective recommendations. The research follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, implementing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ranking method based on criteria of service price, customer rating, and total operational transactions. The system was implemented using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and Tailwind CSS. Functional testing results via Black Box Testing indicate that all features operate according to specifications without technical issues. Furthermore, user experience quality testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 20 respondents yielded an average score of 92.25%, categorizing the system under the "Highly Feasible" predicate. Consequently, the EventVendor directory platform is capable of presenting transparent and structured recommendations, as well as facilitating the public and service providers in conducting transactions digitally.
