ABSTRAK
Politik uang merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih dengan memberikan sejumlah uang, hal tersebut timbul dari seseorang maupun golongan, dengan tujuan memengaruhi suara pemilih. Konsep ini berangkat dari anggapan yang dimana uang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan seseorang dan digunakan untuk alat arah kebijakan,Aceh singkil merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang terdapat di Provinsi Aceh yang setiap tahun pemilihan calon kepala daerah terdapat praktik politik uang dalam Perhelatanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat Aceh singkil terhadap politik uang pada pemilihan kepala daerah Kabupaten Aceh singkil serta untuk mengetahui apakah politik uang,barang dan janji-janji dapat berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan calon anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat di Kabupaten Aceh singkil. Teori yang di gunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teori Persepsi politik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data Kuesioner yang di analisis secara statistik. Hasil penilitian, adapun hasil temuan pada penelitian ini yang menggunakan analisis uji regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel Politik uang sebagai independent dan persepsi masyarakat sebagai dependen. Berdasarkan hasil Analsis jawaban responde pada kuesioner yang telah disebarkan dapat diamati bahwa rata-rata total skor adalah 3,68, yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (cenderung setuju). Serta berdasarkan sebaran kusioener pada penelitian ini yang memiliki jumlah 100 responden Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi sederhana dalam uji t tersebut dalam tabel ANOVA terdapat nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 atau < 0,05 dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 78.032 yang dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya nilai uji regresi sederhana yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini signifikan yang dimana persepsi masyarakat akan berubah berdasarkan besaran jumlah politik uang.Saran dalam penelitian ini agar kedepanaya masyarakat diberikan edukasi terhadap bahaya politik uang serta pengawasan dan peraturan yang ketat oleh oleh panitia pelaksana pemilu dalam menjaga keamanan dan persaingan yang sehat dalam pemilu.

ABSTRACT Money politics is an action that is carried out to influence the behavior of voters by giving a certain amount of money, it arises from a person or a group, with the aim of influencing the votes of voters. This concept departs from the assumption that money greatly influences a person's decision and is used as a policy direction tool, Aceh singkil is one of the districts in Aceh Province where every year the election of candidates for regional heads is a practice of money politics in its events. The purpose of this study is to find out how the perception of the people of Aceh singkil towards money politics in the election of the regional head of Aceh Singkil Regency and to find out whether the politics of money, goods and promises can affect the election of candidates for members of the people's representative council in Aceh Singkil Regency. The theory used in this study is using the Theory of Political Perception. The method used in this study uses a Quantitative Approach with a statistically analyzed questionnaire data collection technique. The results of the research are the results of the findings in this study which uses a simple linear regression test analysis with the variables of money politics as independent and public perception as dependent. Based on the results of the analysis of respondents' answers to the questionnaire that has been disseminated, it can be observed that the average total score is 3.68, which is included in the high category (tend to agree). As well as based on the distribution of the questionnaire in this study which has a total of 100 respondents Based on the results of the simple regression test in the t-test in the ANOVA table, there is a significance value of 0.000 or < 0.05 with an F value of 78,032 which thus can be concluded that the value of the simple regression test used in this study is significant where public perception will change based on the amount of money politics. The suggestion in this study is that in the future the public will be educated about the dangers of money politics as well as strict supervision and regulations by the election executive committee in maintaining security and healthy competition in elections.
