Kesejahteraan pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam
meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis
pengaruh work-life conflict dan organizational characteristics of the job terhadap
employees’ wellbeing dengan job satisfaction dan intrinsic aspects of the job
sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kantor Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya
Masyarakat Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode
survei dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least
Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life conflict,
organizational characteristics of the job, job satisfaction, dan intrinsic aspects of
the job berpengaruh terhadap employees’ wellbeing. Selain itu, job satisfaction dan
intrinsic aspects of the job terbukti memediasi pengaruh work-life conflict dan
organizational characteristics of the job terhadap employees’ wellbeing. Temuan ini
diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan
pegawai.

THE EFFECT OF WORK-LIFE CONFLICT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB ON EMPLOYEES' WELLBEING, MEDIATED BY JOB SATISFACTION AND INTRINSIC ASPECTS OF THE JOB AT THE ACEH COMMUNITY RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OFFICE LISHA FARAYUNA RIZKI 2401202010033 Supervisor 1: Prof. Dr. Jasman J, S.E., M.B.A. 2: Dr. Syafruddin, S.E., M.B.A., CDMP. Employee well-being is an important factor in increasing organizationaleffectiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life conflict and organizational job characteristics on employees' well-being, with job satisfaction and intrinsic aspects of the job as mediating variables at the Aceh Community Resource Development Agency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that work-life conflict, organizational job characteristics, job satisfaction, and intrinsic aspects of the job influence employees' well-being. Furthermore, job satisfaction and intrinsic aspects of the job were shown to mediate the influence of work-life conflict and organizational job characteristics on employees' well-being. These findings are expected to provide input for organizations in improving employee well-being.
