Pengalaman siswa dalam mengikuti sistem full day school menggambarkan bagaimana proses pembelajaran, pembentukan karakter, serta aktivitas sekolah berlangsung sepanjang hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen skala pengalaman siswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan tingkat pengalaman siswa terhadap sistem full day school. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, yang menandakan bahwa sebagian besar siswa merasakan pengalaman positif dalam mengikuti sistem full day school. Siswa memperoleh manfaat pada aspek pemanfaatan waktu belajar, menanamkan pentingnya proses, fokus dalam belajar, memaksimalkan potensi siswa, anak lebih terkontrol, perkembangan akhlak dan kepribadian, serta dukungan profesionalisme guru. Namun, aspek mengembangkan kreativitas berada pada kategori rendah sehingga sistem ini belum sepenuhnya mendukung pengembangan kreativitas siswa. Secara keseluruhan, sistem full day school memberikan pengalaman yang baik bagi siswa meskipun masih terdapat aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan.

Ulaya Annisa (2025). Student Experiences of the full day school System at SMA Laboratory School. [Undergraduate Thesis, Syiah Kuala University]. Supervised by Drs. Syaiful Bahri, M.Pd. and Nurbaity, S.Pd., M.Ed. Students’ experiences in the full day school system describe how the learning process, character development, and school activities take place throughout the day. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a student experience scale as the research instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to illustrate the level of students’ experiences toward the full day school system. The results showed that students’ experiences were in the high category, indicating that most students perceived positive experiences in participating in the full day school system. Students gained benefits in the aspects of time management in learning, instilling the importance of the learning process, learning focus, maximizing students’ potential, being more controlled, moral and personality development, and teacher professionalism. However, the aspect of developing creativity was categorized as low, indicating that the system has not fully supported the development of students’ creativity. Overall, the full day school system provides positive experiences for students, although several aspects still need to be improved. Keywords: Student Experience, full day school, Senior High School
