Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Product Testing terhadap Review Quality dan Review Rating dengan Perceived Inequity sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelanggan E-Commerce di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 181 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasikan bahwa Product Testing, Review Quality, Review Rating, dan Perceived Inequity pelanggan E-Commerce di Kota Banda Aceh sudah baik. Product Testing berpengaruh positif terhadap Review Quality dan Review Rating. Product Testing berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Inequity. Perceived Inequity berpengaruh positif terhadap Review Quality dan Review Rating. Perceived Inequity memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Product Testing terhadap Review Quality, dan Perceived Inequity memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Product Testing terhadap Review Rating.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Testing on Review Quality and Review Rating with Perceived Inequity as a mediating variable among E-Commerce customers in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study consisted of 181 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) used as an analysis method to determine the influence among the involved variables. The research results identify that Product Testing, Review Quality, Review Rating, and Perceived Inequity of E-Commerce customers in Banda Aceh are already good. Product Testing has a positive effect on Review Quality and Review Rating. Product Testing has a positive impact on Perceived Inequity. Perceived Inequity positively affects Review Quality and Review Rating. Perceived Inequity partially mediates the effect of Product Testing on Review Quality, and Perceived Inequity partially mediates the effect of Product Testing on Review Rating.
