Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil kopi terbesar di dunia, khususnya kopi arabika yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Namun, harga kopi arabika sering mengalami fluktuasi akibat pengaruh faktor eksternal seperti perubahan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika, tingkat volume ekspor dan tingkat produksi kopi arabika di Indonesia. Ketidakstabilan harga ini memiliki dampak pada ketidakpastian pendapatan petani dan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini membahas tentang prediksi harga bulanan kopi arabika di Indonesia berdasarkan nilai tukar rupiah, volume ekspor dan produksi kopi menggunakan metode fuzzy Sugeno. Metode fuzzy Sugeno tidak memerlukan sistem yang rumit sehingga mudah untuk dikembangkan serta proses dalam estimasi tidak dalam bentuk real, tetapi disajikan dalam bentuk linguistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan data nilai tukar rupiah, volume ekspor dan produksi kopi pada periode Januari 2017 sampai dengan Desember 2023 dan dilengkapi dengan prediksi untuk tahun 2024. Data tersebut diambil secara online melalui situs resmi Bada Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian pertanian dan Kementerian perdagangan Indonesia. Model fuzzy Sugeno dibangun dengan delapan aturan fuzzy dan parameter konsekuen ditentukan melalui metode least squares. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan bahwa model ini mampu menghasilkan prediksi harga bulanan kopi arabika dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Tingkat keakuratan peramalan diukur menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) dengan nilai sebesar 7,28% , yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat akurat. Prediksi harga kopi untuk tahun 2024 juga ditampilkan sebagai hasil utama dari penelitian ini.

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee-producing countries in the world, especially arabica coffee, which has high economic value. however, the price of arabica coffee often fluctuates due to the influence of external factors such as changes in the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar, the level of export volume, and the level of arabica coffee production in Indonesia. This price instability has an impact on the income uncertainty of farmers and business actors. This research discusses the prediction of monthly arabica coffee prices in Indonesia based on the rupiah exchange rate, export volume and coffee production using the Fuzzy Sugeno Method. The Fuzzy Sugeno method does not require a complicated system so it is easy to develop and the process in estimation is not in real form, but is presented in linguistic form. This study utilizes data on the rupiah exchange rate, export volume, and coffee production from January 2017 to December 2023, and provides predictions for 2024. The data was taken online through the official websites of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia. The Fuzzy Sugeno model was built with eight fuzzy rules and consequent parameters were determined through the Least Squares method. The prediction results show that this model is able to produce predictions of the monthly price of arabica coffee with a high level of accuracy. The level of forecasting accuracy is measured using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) with a value of 7.28%, which falls into the highly accurate category. Coffee price prediction for 2024 is also shown as the main result of this research.
