Teknologi informasi telah menjadi bagian penting dalam pendidikan. Di MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan, diharapkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja guru di MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh 35 guru di MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan, menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana untuk variabel bebas yaitu teknologi informasi dan variabel terikat kinerja guru. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pula pengujian pada koefesien determinasi dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu teknologi informasi (X) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan t-hitung sebesar 6,10> t-tabel 1,69 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,05 yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Information technology has become an important part of education. In MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan, it is expected that the use of information technology can improve teacher performance. Therefore, further research is needed to understand the effect of the use of information technology on teacher performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology on teacher performance in MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan. The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The study population consisted of all 35 teachers in MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sample technique. Data were collected through library and field research, using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used simple regression analysis for the independent variables, namely information technology and the dependent variable, teacher performance. In this study, tests were also carried out on the coefficient of determination and hypothesis. The results of the study showed that the results of the hypothesis test were that information technology (X) had an effect on teacher performance (Y) with a t-count of 6.10> t-table 1.69 with a significance value of 0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that information technology can improve teacher performance. Keywords: Information Technology, Teacher Performance
