Penggunaan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) di SMAN 5 Banda Aceh masih
bersifat konvensional. Dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, peserta didik masih
terpaku pada hardcopy yang kurang memenuhi standar, sehingga tidak merangsang
kemajuan kognitif peserta didik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model inkuiri
bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan argumentasi, didukung dengan adanya
sumber belajar yang melatih peserta didik lebih aktif untuk menemukan konsep
materi yang dipelajari. Untuk itu, LKPD ini diterapkan menjadi pembaharuan
dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAN 5 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui LKPD elektronik yang diterapkan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen atau eksperimen semu. Desain yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah posttest only control group design, desain ini
menggunakan pemilihan subjek secara acak dan melibatkan dua kelompok subjek
(kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol) dengan pretest dan posttest. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh yang
terdiri dari 4 kelas, dengan jumlah seluruh siswa adalah 124 siswa. Adapun sampel
yang akan digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS. Pengumpulan data
dilakukan melalui teknik observasi dan pemberian tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,
dapat dianalisis bahwasannya perhitungan aktivitas belajar sejarah siswa XI SMAN
5 Banda Aceh kelas eksperimen berjumlah 94,11%, di mana pada ketentuan kriteria
nilai dengan kisaran 86–100% termasuk pada kategori sangat baik, sehingga dapat
disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas belajar sejarah di kelas eksperimen berlangsung sangat
baik menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan E-LKPD. Dengan nilai
R Square 0,078 bermakna bahwa penggunaan E-LKPD mempengaruhi hasil belajar
sejarah siswa sebesar 78%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22% dipengaruhi oleh faktor
penggunaan model inkuiri yang efektif.

(Syiah Kuala University Thesis). Under the guidance of Nurasiah, S.Pd., M.Pd. and Abdul Azis, S.Pd., M.Pd. The use of student worksheets (LKPD) at SMAN 5 Banda Aceh is still conventional. In teaching and learning activities, students are still fixated on hard copies that do not meet the required standards, thus failing to stimulate their cognitive development. The implementation of the inquiry learning model aims to enhance argumentation skills, supported by the availability of learning resources that train students to be more active in discovering concepts related to the material being studied. Therefore, this LKPD is applied as an innovation in the learning process at SMAN 5 Banda Aceh. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of electronic LKPD. The research employs a quasiexperimental design. Specifically, the design used is a posttest-only control group design, which involves random selection of subjects and includes two groups (experimental and control) with pretest and posttest assessments. The population of this study consisted of all Grade XI social studies students (XI IPS) at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, divided into four classes with a total of 124 students. The sample used includes all students from these classes. Data collection techniques included observation and testing. Based on the results of the study, it was analyzed that the level of student engagement in history learning activities in the experimental class reached 94.11%. According to the evaluation criteria, a score range of 86–100% falls into the “very good” category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the history learning activities in the experimental class were conducted very well using the inquiry model assisted by E-LKPD. With an R Square value of 0.078, it indicates that the use of E-LKPD contributes 78% to the students’ history learning outcomes, while the remaining 22% is influenced by the effective use of the inquiry learning model.
