Terung merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran dalam famili Solanaceae yang banyak digemari masyarakat Indonesia karena memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan serta nilai gizi yang tinggi. Permintaan konsumen pada terung meningkat, namun tidak diimbangi dengan produksinya yang fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil terung dengan pemberian pupuk bokashi dan pupuk mono kalium phosphate. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk bokashi dan dosis pupuk mono kalium phosphate serta interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan II, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh yang memiliki titik koordinat 5º33'58''LU 95º22'23''BT dengan ketinggian 4,28 mdpl dan Laboratorium Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh yang berlangsung dari bulan Januari hingga April 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial 3×4 dengan 3 ulangan, 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 2 tanaman sehingga terdapat 72 sampel tanaman. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk Bokashi yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 0,8, 1,2 dan 1,6 g polybag-1. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk Mono Kalium Phosphate yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu kontrol, 5, 10 dan 15 g L-1 air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk bokashi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bobot berangkasan basah dan bobot berangkasan kering. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung terbaik terdapat pada dosis pupuk Bokashi 1,6 g polybag-1. Dosis pupuk Mono Kalium Phosphate berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter batang umur 21 dan 28 HST dan bobot berangkasan kering serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 21 HST dan bobot berangkasan basah. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung terbaik terdapat pada tanpa pemberian pupuk Mono Kalium Phosphate. Interaksi antara dosis pupuk Bokashi dengan dosis pupuk Mono Kalium Phosphate berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bobot berangkasan basah. Kombinasi antara dosis pupuk Bokashi dengan pupuk Mono Kalium Phosphate yang lebih baik terdapat pada dosis pupuk Bokashi 1,6 g polybag-1 dengan pupuk Mono Kalium Phosphate 5 g L-1 air.

Eggplant is one type of vegetable in the Solanaceae family that is widely favored by Indonesian people because it has many health benefits and high nutritional value. Consumer demand for eggplant is increasing, but is not balanced by its fluctuating production. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the growth and yield of eggplant by providing bokashi fertilizer and mono potassium phosphate fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bokashi fertilizer doses and mono potassium phosphate fertilizer doses and the interaction between the two factors on the growth and yield of eggplant plants. This research was conducted at Experimental Garden II, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh which has coordinates 5º33'58''LU 95º22'23''BT with an altitude of 4.28 masl and the Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh which took place from January to April 2025. This study used a 3x4 factorial Randomized Block Design with 3 replications, 12 treatment combinations and each treatment consisted of 2 plants, so there were 72 plant samples. The first factor was the dose of bokashi fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6 g polybag-1. The second factor was the dose of mono potassium phosphate fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely control, 5, 10 and 15 g L-1 water. The results showed that the dose of bokashi fertilizer had a very significant effect on the weight of wet shoots and the weight of dry shoots. The best eggplant plant growth and yield were found at a dose of 1.6 g polybag-1 bokashi fertilizer. The dose of mono potassium phosphate fertilizer had a very significant effect on the stem diameter at 21 and 28 HST and the dry weight of the stalk and had a significant effect on the height of the plant at 21 HST and the wet weight of the stalk. The best eggplant plant growth and yield were found without the administration of mono potassium phosphate fertilizer. The interaction between the dose of bokashi fertilizer and the dose of mono potassium phosphate fertilizer had a very significant effect on the wet weight of the stalk. The combination of the dose of bokashi fertilizer with mono potassium phosphate fertilizer was better at a dose of 1.6 g polybag-1 bokashi fertilizer with 5 g L-1 water mono potassium phosphate fertilizer.
