ABSTRACT Sophia Listriani, S.H, LL.M The Convention 1951 on the Status of Refugees defines a refugee as "a person who, due to a well-founded fear of persecution, for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political party, is outside the country of his nationality and does not wish to be protected by that country." In the Blang Mangat Ex-Immigration Building, Lhokseumawe. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the fulfillment of the right to education for Rohingya refugee children in Blang Mangat, Lhokseumawe. To explain the factors that hinder the fulfillment of the right to education for Rohingya refugee children in Blang Mangat, Lhokseumawe. This type of research is field legal research. The data required are in the form of secondary data and primary data. Secondary data was obtained from literature research by reading books, regulations and legislation, primary data was obtained from field research by interviewing informants and respondents. The results of the study show that Some factors that hinder the provision of education for Rohingya refugee children in Lhokseumawe include administrative and licensing constraints, security prohibitions, limited educational facilities, language and cultural differences, trauma and mental health, and limited access to further education. These factors create a major challenge in fulfilling the right to education for Rohingya refugee children in Lhokseumawe. Cooperation between the Indonesian government and international institutions needs to be improved to support the education of Rohingya refugee children. The government needs to expand access to education up to high school level and provide official documents to facilitate access to formal education. Improving educational infrastructure in the Blang Mangat refugee camp, Lhokseumawe and teacher training to address the special needs of refugee children are also needed. In addition, psychological services need to be provided to address the trauma experienced by refugee children.
