Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supervisor cooperation, Career development, dan Working atmosphere terhadap Job satisfaction pada karyawan Polres Aceh Utara. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Supervisor cooperation, Career development, dan Working atmosphere, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Job satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Polres Aceh Utara. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supervisor cooperation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction. Career development juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction. Begitu pula, Working atmosphere berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dalam kerja sama antara supervisor dan bawahan, pengembangan karir yang terarah, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen organisasi disarankan untuk memperkuat faktor-faktor ini guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Supervisor cooperation, Career development, and Working atmosphere on Job satisfaction in North Aceh Police employees. The independent variables in this study are Supervisor cooperation, Career development, and Working atmosphere, while the dependent variable is Job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to employees of North Aceh Police Station. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results showed that Supervisor cooperation has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction. Career development also has a positive and significant influence on Job satisfaction. Similarly, Working atmosphere contributes significantly to Job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant influence on Job satisfaction. The implications of this study indicate that improvements in cooperation between supervisors and subordinates, directed career development, and a conducive work environment can increase employee job satisfaction. Therefore, organizational management is advised to strengthen these factors to improve employee welfare and productivity.
