Perkembangan industri logistik yang kini semakin pesat memicu persaingan antar perusahaan logistik dari berbagai bidang untuk bersaing di dunia logistik global. Logistik adalah bagian dari manajemen rantai pasok yang merupakan bagian dari proses rantai pasok dengan tujuan untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengendalikan lalu lintas secara efektif dari titik asal hingga titik akhir. Setiap aktivitas perusahaan pasti mengandung risiko. Risiko adalah penyimpangan antara apa yang diharapkan dan apa yang diperoleh. Risiko manajemen logistik merupakan ketidakpastian suatu peristiwa yang dapat mengganggu jalannya rantai pasokan perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen risiko pada kegiatan pengiriman barang di Drop Point J&T Express Lambaro Kafe dan Drop Point J&T Express Syiah Kuala, dua lokasi Third Party Logistics (3PL) yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan operasional. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi risiko menggunakan metode Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan 25 risiko di Lambaro Kafe dan 27 risiko di Syiah Kuala yang dikelompokkan dalam 5 kategori. Berdasarkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi, ditemukan tiga rangking tertinggi risiko prioritas di masing-masing lokasi. Drop Point J&T Express Lambaro Kafe, risiko utama meliputi barang yang dikirim hilang ke tujuan (A2) nilai 64, pengembalian barang yang bermasalah (A8) nilai 36, barang yang dikirim hancur (A3) nilai 27, overstock gudang (B1) nilai 27, kerusakan peralatan scanning (B2) nilai 8, jumlah pekerja tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan (C4) nilai 27, input data yang salah (C1) nilai 18, kondisi pekerja kurang fit (C5) nilai 8, sistem error (D1) nilai 18, kesalahan sistem tracking (D2) nilai 9, kondisi cuaca yang tidak mendukung (E1) nilai 12, dan kemungkinan terkena dampak bencana alam (E2) nilai 2. Sementara Drop Point J&T Express Syiah Kuala, risiko prioritas mencakup barang yang dikirim hancur (A4) nilai 45, nomor resi barang tertukar (A2) nilai 24, kesalahan alamat (A7) nilai 24, overstock gudang (B1) nilai 48, kerusakan pada kendaraan (B2) nilai 27, input data yang salah/ keliru menginput data (C1) nilai 32, kondisi pekerja kurang fit (C2) nilai 30, ketidakcocokan dengan pelanggan (C4) nilai 24, sistem error (D1) nilai 36, kondisi cuaca yang tidak mendukung (E1) nilai 18, dan kemungkinan terkena dampak bencana alam (E2) nilai 12. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi tindakan penanganan yang spesifik untuk setiap jenis risiko yang teridentifikasi, bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan di kedua lokasi tersebut.

The increasingly rapid development of the logistics industry has triggered competition between logistics companies from various fields to compete in the global logistics world. Logistics is part of supply chain management which is part of the supply chain process with the aim of planning, implementing, and controlling traffic effectively from the point of origin to the end point. Every company activity definitely contains risks. Risk is the deviation between what is expected and what is obtained. Logistics management risk is the uncertainty of an event that can disrupt the company's supply chain. This research examines risk management in goods delivery activities at Drop Point J&T Express Lambaro Kafe and Syiah Kuala, two Third Party Logistics (3PL) locations that face various operational challenges. The research objective is to identify, analyze and evaluate risks using the Risk Break Down Structure (RBS) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods. The identification results show 25 risks at Lambaro Kafe and 27 risks at Syiah Kuala which are grouped into 5 categories. Based on the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value, three highest ranking risk priorities were found in each location. At the J&T Express Lambaro Kafe Drop Point, the main risks include goods sent lost at destination (A2) value 64, returning goods with problems (A8) value 36, goods sent destroyed (A3) value 27, warehouse overstock (B1) value 27 , damage to scanning equipment (B2) value 8, number of workers not according to plan (C4) value 27, incorrect data input (C1) value 18, worker condition less fit (C5) value 8, system error (D1) value 18, tracking system error (D2) value 9, unfavorable weather conditions (E1) value 12, and the possibility of being affected by natural disasters (E2) value 2. Meanwhile at the J&T Express Syiah Kuala Drop Point , priority risks include goods sent destroyed (A4) value 45, exchanged goods receipt number (A2) value 24, address error (A7) value 24, warehouse overstock (B1) value 48, damage to the vehicle (B2) value 27, incorrect data input/wrong data input (C1) value 32, workers' unfit conditions (C2) value 30, incompatibility with customers (C4) value 24, system error (D1) value 36, unfavorable weather conditions (E1) value 18, and the possibility of being affected by natural disasters (E2) value 12. This research produces recommendations for specific handling actions for each type of risk identified, aimed at increasing operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction at both locations.
