Didalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi, perencanaan dan pengendalian merupakan fungsi yang paling pokok didalam mewujudkan proyek. Konsep nilai hasil adalah salah satu cara untuk mengetahui perkembangan proyek dengan membentuk tiga indikator, yaitu biaya rencana, biaya realisasi atau pelaporan, dan biaya aktual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyimpangan biaya (cost) dan waktu (time), baik dari segi varian biaya atau CV (Cost Variance) dan waktu atau SV (Schedule Varian) juga dari segi indeks prestasi biaya CPI (Cost Performed Indeks) dan waktu SPI (Schedule Performed Indeks). Metode konsep nilai hasil adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya biaya menurut anggaran sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan atau dilaksanakan. Dari hasil analisis berdasarkan monitoring, nilai SV pada minggu ke-1 hingga minggu ke-11 berada pada nilai negatif yang berarti adanya terjadi keterlambatan jadwal dari jadwal yang direncanakan, namun pada minggu ke-12 dan selanjutnya nilai SV kembali bernilai positif dan mampu mengimbangi keterlambatan yang terjadi. Sedangkan CV dari minggu ke-1 hingga minggu ke-26 menunjukkan hasil positif yang dimana berarti pekerjaan terlaksana dengan biaya yang lebih kecil daripada biaya yang sebelumnya telah direncanakan. Dapat dilihat juga dengan indeks produktifitas, Nilai CPI >1 dari minggu ke-1 hingga minggu ke- 26 berarti terjadi penghematan biaya dari anggaran proyek, namun dilihat dengan nilai SPI pada minggu ke-1 hingga minggu ke-11 itu nilainya

In the implementation of a construction project, planning and control are the most important functions in realizing the project. The concept of earned value is one way to find out the progress of a project by forming three indicators, namely plan costs, realization or reporting costs, and actual costs. The purpose of this study is to identify cost and time deviations, both in terms of cost variants or CV (Cost Variance) and time or SV (Schedule Variance) as well as in terms of cost performance indices CPI (Cost Performed Index) and SPI (Schedule Performed Index). The result value concept method is a method used to calculate the amount of cost according to the budget according to the work that has been completed or carried out. From the results of the analysis based on monitoring, the SV score in the 1st to 11th week is at a negative value which means that there is a delay in the schedule from the planned schedule, but in the 12th week and then the SV value returns to a positive value and is able to compensate for the delay that occurs. Meanwhile, CV from week 1 to week 26 show positive results which means that the work is carried out at a smaller cost than the cost that was previously planned. It can also be seen with the productivity index, the CPI value of > 1 from week 1 to week 26 means that there is a cost savings from the project budget, but seen by the SPI value from week 1 to week 11 the value is
